先后整合和全資收購了瀘西大為焦化、玉溪橋龍水泥、華寧礦山，進(jìn)一步完善了鋼鐵全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈縱深布局。集團(tuán)目前擁有21家子公司，集礦業(yè)、焦化、球團(tuán)、燒結(jié)、煉鋼、軋鋼、制氧、水泥、發(fā)電、物流為一體，總資產(chǎn)超過115億元，員工人數(shù)達(dá)11000余人，職工12000余人。
